The Cancer Society’s 35th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, under this year’s theme: “A Season of Light. A Legacy of Hope.”, will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, November 28th, 2025, next to CIBC, Mall at Marathon.

We invite you and your family to join us for a joyful evening filled with meaning and music. The event will feature spoken word reflections for the Yuletide season, caroling, and vibrant performances — all in celebration of love, hope, and the strength of community.

This year’s ceremony holds an even deeper meaning as we approach the Cancer Society’s 50th Anniversary in 2026 — a milestone that marks five decades of compassion, care, and unwavering service across The Bahamas. Your continued support ensures we can carry this legacy forward, uplifting those in need at the Cancer Caring Centre and throughout our nation.
